Snowboard Boots

Snowboard boots come in two categories: hard and soft. You could use either for learning but those people with a skiing background generally feel most comfortable starting with hard boots, whereas keen skateboarders prefer the soft boots. Soft boots are essential for halfpipe, freestyle and jumping, whereas hard boots are best for high-speed carving on hard snow and for the big mountain exploration.
